The Vietnamese Leadership Training Program was an intensive, practical based leadership training course for those living, working or studying in the City of Brimbank. 

The course covered topics such as:

• Leadership and Team Building;
• Public Speaking and Communication;
• Community Mapping;
• Working with the Media;
• Volunteering; and
• Brimbank Council and its Environment
